INTERVIEW QUESTIONS
It is a difficult task for the interviewer to select a
candidate who is having the required practical and theoretical knowledge for a
job position. In a standard interview most of the questions asked will be
of theoretical basis and most of the candidates will answer the same
and will pass the interview. After selection they will found that the person is
not having any practical experience of working although they have submitted
experience certificates.
The following questions are those which are asked in interviews
to evaluate the involvement/observations of personnel in their work site.
