INTERVIEW QUESTIONS
It is a difficult
task for the interviewer to select a candidate who is having the required
practical and theoretical knowledge for a job position. In a standard interview
most of the questions asked will be of theoretical basis and most of
the candidates will answer the same and will pass the interview.After selection
they will found that the person is not having any practical experience of
working although they have submitted experience certificates.
The following
questions are those which are asked in interviews to evaluate the
involvement/observations of personnel in their work site.
There are no
standard answers to these questions. Engineers should observe their working
sites to get the answers.
QUESTIONS
1. You are using
xxxx electrode in your site. Who is the manufacturer?
2. Who is the
manufacturer of welding machine that is used at your site?
3. Who is the
manufacturer of your DPT kit?
4. What is inside
the DPT bottle which makes sound in it, when shakes?
5. There are 3
bottles in your DPT kit, when shakes, how many of them will make sound?
6. What is the
colour of the sheath of the PWHT thermocouples that you are using at you site?
7. What is the
colour of the cylinders that you are using at your site; Of Argon, Of
Co2+Argon, Of DA, Of O2 and Of Cutting gas? Is they are coloured according to
ISO standards or as per your national/project standards?
8. Who is the
manufacturer of grinding machine that is used at your site?
9. What are the
different type of grinding machines available at your site?
10. What is the
colour code given for Wire brushes of SS and CS?
