continuously in the duration of project.
Here is a list of
quick reference data's/ charts that we need to prepare for a project.
1. List of wps and
their range including pwht if any etc
2. Pipe schedule
chart
3. How to do a
branch connection which includes stub in and stub on connection and
which is to be chosen.
4. Qualified
welder list and qualification range
5. Emergency
contact numbers.
6. Contact numbers
of all staff .
7. Client and
consultant contact numbers.
8. Permit renewals
( work related) with date and responsibility
9. Calibration due
dates of all Instruments.
10. Baking requirements of different electrodes.
11. NDT requirements.
12. Contact numbers of welding inspector, welding foreman,
PMI technician, heat treatment technician and radiological safety officer.
There will be such charts made in your site also. Please comment
the same so that I can update the list and this will be a good reference
list for fellow engineers.
