PWHT OF BRANCH CONNECTIONS
There is a lot of confusion regarding the PWHT of branch connections.
For the PWHT of branch connections the entire header/mother pipe is to be wrapped. This is to be done whether the branch connection is of 1/2" size or of same size as header pipe.
The recommendations regarding the same are given in the code, AWS D 10.10M.
